Jessica Mooney is the founder of the successful Bread For Life. A sourdough enthusiast, baker and workshop teacher, she has extended her love of making real breads to wild yeast sourdoughs, fruit and wild flower waters and fermented foods and drinks.
Dr Elizabeth Bell is a plant scientist and the owner of plant-based food company Pumpkin & Sprout. With a keen interest in nutrition and healthy eating, she has combined her science knowledge with her cooking skills to research fermenting foods and their benefits to wellbeing.
